      Jennifer:
      MyPillow:

the cs outlets i went is not willing to cut the bbq chicken for me into 4 pcs :scratchhead:

I hv yet to buy CS bbq chicken, so I do not know whether CS provides or rejects the customer request to cut the whole chicken into parts.

Next time I go to a CS n ask, just to satisfy my curiosity 😉

I do buy CS BBQ chickens occasionally, and just bought 2 on Friday. I never thought to ask them to cut them up for me. I do it myself as it's quite easy - the bones are soft.

Star, get a pair of good kitchen scissors. This is very good in cutting the BBQ chicken into 4pcs or 5pcs as you wish, don’t have to put up with the staff’s poor service attitude anymore.

Recently I kena “You don’t understand English, issit” too by a neighbor, I was very furious hearing this very offensive statement.

            Thanks lee_yl

Blame my laziness despite I politely requested to cut the BBQ chicken for me.
I have no issue with the other senior lady in the CS.

If a senior commented \"you don't understand English ...\", I will politely admit it bec am really half pail filled 🙂

In fact, at some places, I even received better treatment bec I don't understand or know ang-mo.

Talking about knowing or understanding English, my parents and ILs knew no English. I cant imagine how is their world like. Everywhere we go now is filled with English.

We take knowing English is a given but it isn't at all.

I want to learn English 😢

Most cust svc personnel are Chinese speaking, I do not think the elderly who are English illiterate would hv any issue communicating. They have English reading miscommunication.

I m so much more careful not to use shower cream to wash my face, not using toner, no eye cream etc…time to put in effort to salvage my face after so many years of neglect. I dont put on full make up too…just powder if need more on face then use liner to draw the brow so as to make it more full and lip liner…no lipsticks as I dont think I want to eat lipsticks…

Good to use scissors to cut meat. I have one for raw and another one for cooked meat. No more using chopper to chop chicken…less cleaning…always worry overuse the fingers though and get fatter fingers hehe.

thanks ladies…but I didn’t do anything. basically son studies on his own…other than asking hubby occasionally. I just make sure he doesn’t join the wrong company.

as for rude staff, I encountered once at CS rail mall.
her attitude sucked so bad that I had to call up the manager because i couldn’t accept it even after reaching home.
I am quick tempered, but I cool down fast…but not that incident.

using chopper is very messy...whether meat is cooked or not. I use scissors to cut chinese sausage as it tends to be slippery.
actually I use scissors more often than the knife.
