But doesnt all people need to take D&T if they do not take MEP? How come other class dun have D & T/MEP?

MEP only has limited spaces. Think max 25 students for each level. So the MEP students are split into either 1C(for OP students) or 1L(for IP students).

But when we see other classes time table, they do not have any of these 2 subjects. Why ah…
