sorry if this question had been asked before:

for the balloting statistics shown in the balloting history, for e.g. ncps in 2017 it was 282% oversubscribed and balloting is required for phase 2C SC < 1km. Anyone knows if the 282% refers to only SC within the 1km radius or it refer to all SC and PR less than 1km, 1-2km and more than 2km?

Generally, the percentage shows ALL applicants (i.e. everyone who applied during that phase). However, for NCPS' case, the school only accepted SCs in the < 1 km category. Hence, for this 282%, it referred to SCs < 1 km.
