Swimfast has being leader for quite awhile. A couple of coaches and swimmers from APSC had switched over. -

Leader? From the looks of those stats, Swimfast destroyed their rivals! :scared: Amazing accomplishment. Good job!

I was previously in Ace Swimming Club based in Raffles, about 8 years ago. Is it still around? -
My dd is involved in competitive swimming. Her timings are decent but her plunging is poor. She is often amongst the last at the start as she cannot plunge as far as the rest and often have to play catch-up. Any tips how to overcome this is much appreciated.

Here are some tips I have to offer:
1. Aim a slightly further entry point - aim slightly beyond the T-mark at the bottom of the pool
2. Keep your arms straight and beside the ears
3. Tuck in your chin
4. Keep legs straight throughout the entry
5. Maximise the glide by not surfacing too early
Hope these little tips help

Yes its the pretty decent tips for swimming well here I want to know do you guys have any open water swimming experience if yes then.. Let me know open water swimming is best or pool swimming..?
It's a different type of experience. So depends on your purpose. We do open water mainly for leisure and pool for competitive swimming. My kid's done open water dives and found it therapeutic. Open water also provides good resistance training for pool competition. Typically the kid needs to be fairly competent in the pool before engaging in open water swim though.
