Your dd which perf grp ? Need a lot commitment or not
Very hot day. Just came back from Mediacorp Theatre (Stars Avenue - nice road name). There was a school carnival for the girls.

Yes, DD1 in performing arts group - Chinese Speech and Drama. Yes, she spent a lot time on rehearsals since last year Nov/Dec!!

But we are not going to watch her perform, she’s playing an artifact in the performance! 😂

Finally I have some ME time while kiddo is away at tuition. So so tired and want to nap but don’t dare to fall asleep otherwise I will miss the timing to fetch him. Happened to me several times before when I slept past my alarm.

This weekend has been crazy with the usual enrichment and packing in the revision as well. P3 CA1 starting on Monday with Chinese written paper first. U can imagine all the :frustrated: at home trying to squeeze in the tons of new vocab.

Now waiting to go for a colon scope, optional but best to do it.

get it done and have a peace of mind. otherwise there will be a nudging feeling at the back of your head.

It may also just be a one off inflammation. Everything is money. :moneyflies:[/quote]I know what you mean...everything is about money. really costly.
          really heartache sometimes.

              Janet

Is term 1 ending soon? I saw a lot of sec sch students in Hillion Mall.

While returning on a bus, I saw a big wild bore in Mandai area. I wonder if it is looking for food or water under such hot weather.

3 weeks more before march holidays...all thanks to having Week 0, which delayed 1 week break to 3rd week of march :slapshead:

the weather is HOT...to make things worse, there is haze.

it looks like weekly tests at sec 3 is the norm 😓
term 1 tests should be completed by next week (which will be week 9).
daughter's school having PTM on the last week of term 1.

In the culture of DC’s sch usually no PTM unless child not performing aka failing. If parents need updates fr teachers, can email to make arrangements.

there is PTM to update parents the girls' progress...how they fare in class after the first progress test and their behaviour.
