Have you made your LPA yet?

Hello everyone!
I thought I'd share with you that the website for the Office of the Public Guardian is now
www.msf.gov.sg/opg (effective from 8 April 2019).
My husband, daughter and I made our LPAs in February this year, and are now waiting for the official letter from OPG telling us that our LPAs have been registered with the OPG. We should be receiving these letters any day now.
If you haven't already made your LPA, I'd strongly recommend that you do it asap. One of our elderly cousins and his wife made their LPA yesterday. His younger brother, however, has already lost his mental capacity -- has senile dementia -- so it's too late for him to make his LPA. Don't wait for something to happen before you take action. Having an LPA will protect both your family and yourself.
If you haven't heard of LPAs before, or aren't really sure what they are, you can find information in the OPG website (www.msf.gov.sg/opg), or for a more user-friendly, easy-to-understand version, you can click on the following link:
www.jimyap.com/lpa
Remember that it will take up to 3 months (from the time the OPG receives your application to register your LPA) for the OPG to register your LPA. Do consider getting your spouse and children 21 years and above to make their LPAs too. We will be getting our younger daughter to make her LPA this June, after she turns 21.
The other good reason for making your LPA now is that the OPG is currently waiving the registration fees (until sometime next year), so you'll save quite a bit of money if both you and your spouse make your LPAs now. -
I tried to find your site and register on it, but I ran into a technical problem, I couldn’t enter under home services. After that, I made an analysis of your site with the tool https://sitechecker.pro/rank-tracker/ and it turned out to be all ok if you only improve some of the site's website parameters.

Hi DavidS24
Are you referring to the OPG website or http://www.jimyap.com/lpa?
