Sorry, no other way to get into 2B besides becoming a Grassroots leader. And the timeline for that is much longer than school PV, so u have missed the boat...
Better focus on which schools are attainable at 2C instead. -

Under 2B phase is either PV, Grassroots or Huey Guan.... I think HW is affiliated to 1 but am not sure which one.

how is the PSLE for 2017 & 2016. can anyone share it? thank you. Between when is the construction will be done? is that part of Hong Wen School area?

Hongwen school emphasis on character building. Students are taught to be 孝顺 ，好学 and 守礼。All students need to bow when they see any Teachers and staff of Hongwen school as respect. Teachers are very helpful and responsible. My 3 kids enjoy going to school and I have no regret sending them to Hongwen School.
