You may want to consider my dd1's ex tutor Miss Goh. She happens to provide home tuition in the West too. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and I find her very dedicated too. However, I think she only offers private tuition. But I recalled that she mentioned that as Sec 1 and 2 Science syllabus may vary from school to school, you may want to consider sending your child for private tuition instead.
