Hi Parents of Cedar Girls Secondary
My girl is P5 and she's usually 20% top of her cohort but she didn't perform well at SA1 last month and that's worries me.
Anybody can share your girl's grade on PSLE that can achieve above 250?
I mean whether to score 250 must get at least 2A* or all A also can get 250?
I appreciate your sharing and thank you in advance.
      Best regard,
      Meimei

I think it's a difficult question to answer because results can differ from school to school.
Notwithstanding, a t-score of 250 would usually translate to around 340 points, or an average of 85 points per subject.

Ah I see... Thank you so much for your answer. 😊

        Hi mummy,

From my experience. I can not remember exactly my DD's score during P5, but she did not perform well in P5 SA1 too, its understandable because from P4 to P5 is big gap., however you must see improvement for SA2 and thats where can be quite assure she can cope well for P6 and move to PSLE. Good luck 🙂

        Thank you

              Hi,
I used to think probably one must get 2A and 2A* to get 250 and above.
But during my daughter’s time in Cedar, she had two classmates both psle score 257, one had 1A and 3A*, another had 1A* and 3A.
There's another classmate with 265, she had 2A and 2A*. And another with 252, had 1A* and 3A.
              So very hard to tell.

So yes, I think 4A can get 250 n abv.

Whether 2A* can get 250 and abv will depend on her other grades.
So m3i_m3i, all da very very best for your daughter’s PSLE

recalled a few years back, under IP DSA : Cedar Girls’ Secondary school used to offer "Maths" academic domain.

Anyone know why this year (2019), no more "Maths" domain anymore ?
is gone (removed) Thank you, for clarification

Does anyone know if Cedar has started to contact shortlisted applicants for interview (via sports DSA)?

just spoken to an Admin officer, from Cedar Girls' Secondary school.
Her reply is, \"No, not yet short-listed Sports candidates, for interview\"

                        hello,

I’m looking at cedar’s website for CCA schedule but unable to find Social Innovation.
Anyone has any idea which day is it normally held on?

                        Thanks in advance!
