Did you think of an eye check up to see if you are due for cataract removal?

StarL , wat are the symptoms for cataract ?
For people who have short sighted since young , is it easier to get cataract ?

Cataracts are the clouding of the lenses. Symptoms would be clouding of vision, colours getting less vibrant, etc. It's gradual, so not easy to sense for yourself. I think optometrists will alert you if they notice and then you can go an have a medical examination. It's mainly due to aging; not sure that short-sight has much impact on it.[/quote] Slmk, do u wear contact len, heard fr other People can wear reading glass over contact lens?

I don't wear contacts, but yes, you can wear reading glasses while wearing contacts. But you will need to wear the contacts when getting your reading glasses prescribed. Some people simply go for \"monovision\" with contact lenses - 1 eye to see far, the other to see near. One of my sis-in-law does that, but it seems too strange to me. Some people do monivision with the implants after cataract surgery too.

            Rosehip is in capsule form.

Tumeric can be in either capsule form or golden milk/latte form.
