I try to give dd fish oil and another one so called brain food (ingredients of ginkgo biloba and vit Bs) on weekdays, after breakfast in car…weekends tend to forget to take.

Adjust their sleeping hours daily (e.g., 30 mins earlier) until they are back to their usual routine now that school holidays are over. It is important for them to get sufficient sleep. 😄

But on the first day? :siam:

If the weather is hot, make it cooler so that it is conducive to sleep. May be hard to sleep much earlier if they have been sleeping late during the school holidays.
