hi, DD has secured a seat under 2A1. We prefer PLMGS but we are outside of 2km. What is the chance for us under 2C >2km? Alternatively, can we waitlist in PLMGS after the P1 registration exercise? Do we need withdraw first before waitlist? Kindly advise.

Ballot is for <2km usually, no point giving up your 2A1. Waitlist is for those who missed out through balloting.
