SC staying in commonwealth. Thinking of these 3 following schools in phase 2C.
Chij Kellock <2km
Queenstown within 1-2km
Newtown Primary within 1 km

Will like to know more feedbacks on these schools. What are my chances with Chij Kellock since i am <2km?

I think you meant >2km. There is high chance no balloting required or good balloting odds since now TUR is only 30% after 2A(2) , which is historically Low. Monitor on the last day of registration.

You need to look beyond Bukit Merah for Catholic Boys schools. Where do u stay? Must be prepared to travel. Why not Catholic Co-Ed schools? This will give u more options.

If I used my mother's address for jurong West in phase 2c and it's unsuccessful, can I go for chij olpq at phase 2cs? Will it be risking or should I go for phase 2cs at chij olpq?

Can only be entitle to 1-2km, so need to monitor if applicants too many on the last day. Quite risky. CHIJ OLQP might also have no more at 2CS. Monitor both at 2C to decide

What are the chances that he will get into ChongFu? Will Northland or Huamin be filled up before 2CS?

For the last few years, all the 3 schools you mentioned balloted for <1km at 2C. Probably need to monitor all 3 to see which one better chance of balloting on the last day.

Total vacancies - 200
Phase 1 final - 83
Phase 2A1 final - 26
Phase 2A2 final - 25
Phase 2B vacancies - 33 ?? :?
Phase 2C pre-allocation - 20

Based on the known numbers shouldn’t the allocated 2B spots be 200-83-26-25-20 = 46 instead of 33 ? :? Many thanks in advance

Total = 200
Reserved = 20 for 2B, 20 for 2C
Vacancies left at the end of P2A2 = 160-83-26-25 = 26
26 will be splitted equally to 2B and 2C
So, 2B = 20 + (26/2) = 33

Were there less vacancies at this stage last year?
Is there any chance for ballot at Phase 2C (1-2km)?
