Your backup alternatives to BTPS for 2CS would depend on where u live. Those near Bukit Batok side and drive could go to Lianhua Primary. Alternatively if u live next to the Downtown Line, explore if there are any schools along that line.
Has anyone studied the chances of Bukit Timah Pri going into 2CS this year? If there is a good chance, then maybe it is OK for SC>2km to ballot at RGPS?
Is it true that those who are balloted out of MGS, Nanyang, Peihua will go to Bukit Timah at 2CS?
If Bukit Timah does not have 2CS, then where else can those who balloted out of MGS, Nanyang and Peihua go to? Anyone with such experience to share?
Last year one forummer who was balloted out from Nanyang Pri lived next to Farrer Road MRT (circle line). He recceed and explored the schools along the bus routes (New Town Primary) as well as along the Circle Line. In the end he chose Guangyang Primary in Bishan, apparently near enough the mrt for him. -
There are still 75 seats in St. Hilda’s Primary school. Citizen within 1-2km got chance? Thanks,

I am thinking I should have a try for St. Hilda's if confirmed not less than 75 for 2C. And monitoring Poi Ching...Seems Poi Ching have 118 seats.

Keep monitoring but my suggestion for those > 1km not to keep their hopes up too high. -
Hi,
Currently for acs pri, acs j & sjij all show applicants more than vacancies in phase 2b, does it mean that i am left with only 20 vacancies for each of these 3 schools in 2c? TIA! -

MOE website have updated... 66 seats available during 2C for SHPS...115 seats for Poi Ching.. -
Any comments of Westwood / jurong West / frontier primary school for phase 2c more than 2km? My mum stay there but I can’t used the caregiver address as my husband is a freelancer & closer our house is southview primary which may be difficulty to get it althought we are less than 1km…

Hi I’m new to this forum and first time registering my boy for 2020 intake. Would like to hear some advice… coincidentally I just shifted <1km to rosyth. Seeing rosyth registration stats in the past I’m pretty sure balloting is unavoidable. Does the school usually reveal the no of applicants on the last day so I can decide to go for it or go for another school just to be secured for a place?
