Hi Wanted to check, I was not able to register online today for my daughter - we got an error message that the our record is not there in the database. All three of us (me, my husband and my daughter) are PRs, however we got the PR 6 months after my daughter was born. Is that the reason?

If you are not PR at the point of birth, you need to register in person.

yes. since the rules state that at the time of child's birth both parents must already be SC/PR. To use the online system.

you would need to go to the school of your choice to register. -

We are having difficulty deciding which school to choose. First choice is Punggol Green but the vacancy is low and competition is hot! Thinking if we should just go for Horizon without going for balloting. Balloting is stressful haha.
Horizon Primary - 164 available (We live 1-2km)
Punggol Green - 47 available (We live less than 1km)
