Yes.
Take note that Valour Primary P1 will start their journey in Punggol Cove before moving to Valour Primary in Mar 2020.

I think it's safe for you to leave Valour as a Phase 2CS resort, unless you die-die like the school (not that you can see much beyond concrete walls and construction at the moment ). I would suggest that you either join in the fun and ballot at Punggol Green or go for Punggol View in Phase 2C.

So assuming i register for Pei chun and didn't get a place. How will MOE assign another school? based on what criteria?

What to do, I have been exiled to the Northeast because it's the only place with reasonable property prices (Piermont Grand EC aside).
