Is it possible to know within the phase itself (before registration closes) whether < 1km applicants exceeded vacancy?


I think Cantonment Primary now has 115 vacancy left for phase 2C. If i wait till phase 2CS, chances for SC <1km to get in should be very high?

You can call the school to check the no of applicants by distance.
Cantonment 2CS for <1km is sure in

I have withdrawn from RV as I using caregiver’s address (fall under 1-2km). My choice left with Cantonment and Zhangde which is easy for my mum to fetch my son. Now I m not sure which to choose

Pick the one that has direct bus to your mum’s house?

zhangde location wins. In fact I think it has the best location for a school among all the bm schools. You can get to the bus stop and mrt within 5 mins of walking. Win already.

Frankly, not a lot differentiates one school from another academically, so at the end of the day, convenience is most important.

Hi, I’m a PR choosing between Cantonment and Zhangde in 2C. I note the above poster is a SC so hope someone can give me some advice for PR. I have heard many times Cantonment has a sizeable "foreign" population and therefore is more diverse (which we like). However, Zhangde location is slightly better and has a direct bus line. How would you decide?
