I just spoke with Qifa admin a few minutes ago. Current status is 125 total applicants. Balloting required for 1-2km PR applicants.

Are you a Singaporean? As of now, all SCs are still quite safe.
PRs staying within 1km a lil risky provided no more SCs register later in the afternoon.

PRs who are staying more than 2km have been asked to withdraw. Balloting for PRs staying within 1km to 2km is 9 going for 2 seats.
