i finally got the approval for my GRL application after 10 weeks! FYI for parents who are planning to apply, the approval takes a long time. Build that it.

it will be a rewarding journey when you see that your suggestion being constructed.
eg: sheltered walkway to the nearest bus stop.
all other unintended benefits will come later without you asking.
(actually not a lot la....... the 2B letter alone outweighs everything for most KSP) -

Hi, I’m new here and I heard that ACS does not take in PV or GRL in Phase 2B, is that true?
If ACS takes in GRL, where should I go to volunteer? I’m staying at Newton area.

Both ACSJ and ACSP are TP GRC. Check if your post code is the same below.

may i check if we do Grass roots in the GRC of the school we want to apply for under the RC of our current address, but eventually we will move to within 1 km of the school that we want to apply for next year, and the new address is within the same GRC but of course , no longer part of the RC that we were serving at — can we use the letter given to apply at phase 2B?

Yes you can. As long as your address and school is the same GRC.

The grassroots connect website will start to have the P1 Phase 2B module in May 2020, to apply for the letter of eligibility, so change your address weeks before to have some allowance for the system to update.
And of coz, your GRL status will have to start before 01-Jul-2018 to meet the 2 years min.
