MOE website updated; which piority Groups will be ballot. As predicted: both Poi Ching and St. Hilda’s; SG child living <1km have to go thru ballot. Now just have to wait patiently for MOE (not school) to conduct the computerise balloting. -

When it states "Balloting will be conducted for Singapore Citizen children residing within 1km of the school".
Means that the total applicants are SC within 1KM? -

If your application is UNSUCCESSFUL, you can register in Phase 2C Supplementary in a school with available vacancies.
