Hi for those who require balloting in phase 2C, will all of the applicants receive SMS at 8am SHARP on 7 Aug? If not at 8am exactly, how much later can we expect the sms to come in? Will those who are unsuccessful receive the sms at 8am too?

Yes all will receive at 8am usually (8-830 if delay). Per MOE below.

Computerised balloting will be conducted centrally by MOE. You will be notified of the outcome through SMS on the results announcement day. -
Yes the SMS for us came at 8.04am on the day of announcement. Don’t be too worried if it doesn’t come exactly at 8.00am sharp.

You should receive the SMS no matter what, ie. even if unsuccessful. Maybe if by afternoon, neither spouse receives any SMS at all, better call MOE hotline to check.
