Hi all, I'm new to this thread. Only read last few pages. Want to ask if Brand's Innershine Berry essence is considered \"cool\" or \"heaty\" ? I thought I'd give my kid before oral for vitamin boost. Actually I also want to give essence of chicken as my kid is often very tired, but I'm scared too 补。Anyone can advise?

Vitamin boost perhaps just give extra dose of Vit C supplements

We didn’t eat properly these 2 days… boiled barley water last nighy and today I bought chrysanthemum buds with melon strips…never tried this combination before though but the ppl at shop told me add melon strips…
