Could I check for maths , is going through the problem sums in OnSponge sufficient ?

This covers a wider range for psle:
https://sg.carousell.com/p/psle-a-star-maths-problems-by-learning-interactive-144041743/ (used by both MainStream & GEP)

Thanks ! I saw the A* books but thought OnSponge looked thicker 😜.[/quote]we have onsponge but almost never use it as A* is thinner but still cannot finish 😂

Anyone can share how to revise for science? I am really not a sci person and very difficult to teach my DD. DD always likes to challenge why cannot accept the answer DD gave which i also tot was logical. But school now die die wants to see the scientific terms which is so rigid. OMG. I tried getting superstar teachers but not helping much.
Just to share my exp. I got dds to make the notes and keywords topics by topics from Lower blk topics to upper blk. When come to practise or exam, if the qn related to certain topic eg: heat, then they can use the keywords to elaborate more on the OE qns. Keywords like Gain Heat Loss Heat evaporation etc. So far it works for us....the keywords are really important for OE. And, as and when i have free time I would refer back to their note and throw questions topic by topics to help them refresh. Eg. What are the fuctions of digestive sys, what are the parts etc. So far my gals doing quite ok without any tuitions. But...i got to sacrify my drama time la

Patlsy79, just curious…do your gals have similar academic results? Must be stressful to receive 2 sets of results at any one time:)

Almost same, plus minus few marks different for every sub. One is stronger in math and chinese, another one stronger in eng and science…i think God is fair hahha.

                sweetbaby,
Some of the students are taking HCL this week so of those that I know of:

                - flashback, looking at wound from sports day
                - an awkward incident
                - thank you, teacher
                - all along been an obedient child in your elder’s eyes, did something wrong at neighbour’s house and got reprimanded

I just received a sms from vendors that they are starting to take orders for 2019 prelim papers. Wondering is anyone going to order and let your child do? 🙂

I don’t think i am going to buy as i doubt we have the time to do much too.

Last yr papers still have one stack untouched and i think school will also give them homework too.
