maybe haze also plays a part. Boil more barley, green bean, lemongrass and luo han guo. It helps. I always boil something for the kids every week

Had no choice, by afternn my throat was so raspy I took a tablespoonful of honey to lubricate & soother the awlful feeling. Tmr I’ll make lemongrass drink with extra squeeze of lemon.

maybe stay indoor more or put on mask when go out? you take care..I didn't know lemongrass could do the job.. another option for adults but doubt the kids will like it ..I am recovering from mouth ulcer..could be due to sleeping late..

Wearing masks out doing errands since early morning. Haze drying up my throat real bad. Hv to hurry home to get lozenges to u ricate my throat. My usual 凉茶 not enuf to do a good job.
Whole morning thinking Janet must be suffering much more bcoz of her eczema. Hope I’m not causing her to sneeze by the mention. Wondering how she’s doing. Hope Hercules’ suggestion helps her relieve her condition better. Haiz! I Fones is help us all & help yr poor countrymen fr suffering! Pray! -
I cancelled my plan for an errand today…adjust some normal days activities… when can we see the end of haze days for this period arh…our psle kids looking forward to play leh…
