Every time the haze comes round, my nasal system gets affected. I’ll pull out my NeilMed Sinus Rinse - to pump sinus salt rinse & I’ll feel refresh for the day.
Today bought one for my frd visiting fr Tianjin & brot her a mask. Was surprised Sheraton do not take care of their guests as well as some other local hotels with refreshing chrysanthemum or lemon drinks & offer guests masks to cope with the dense air.
Will be staying indoors as much as possible under air-cond with all windows shut tight. -

I’m left gabbing in horror when I saw Sarawak’s PSI reading at 400! How does one even breathe there?!!! :yikes:
Those who mindlessly set forest on fire are really not only mindless but have heart black to the ultimate. These are murderers to innocent lives esp the very young & the very old. Sigh! -

i thought abt 6 yrs ago was worst haze , psi in spore hit 600 in june sch holidays - i was v blessed to be in Melbourne winter then .
when i returned psi was 200+ - so plane still cld land -
