Once the haze start affecting my nasal, I still suffer even when indoors. My system is very sensitive to the dense air particles. Whole day nose terribly stuffy, eyes smarting and headache. Got a whole pack of medication to manage which incl nasal spray, nasal wash & tablets to clear throat.

Yes, using the Honeywell 18450 purifier. Once I get hit by the haze, I’ll need sometime to recover. Last week was busy out & throat start getting dry. After a weekend of coughing, in spite of lubricating with Ricola initially, throat hot infected & need medication.

After nasal spray & nasal wash, feeling a lot better esp not out since y'day. I used the NeilMed nasal wash with saline. But my eyes still smart abit & sneezing uncontrolably till man hour ago. Just hope the wind direction go off SG & chase haze away.
