        Thank you MKS & Coolmidsrock2.

I do TCM s’times. With allergic rhinitis, it’s not easy treatment. I believe many Sporeans hv some form of allergy or sinus/rhinitis. TCM doc said my body constituent is not suitable to take barley.

I’ve take some TCM lessons to learn how to use herbs & food for basic treatment. The course includes some very basic tuina, Qigong & acupuncture. Was getting started with Qigong but then the haze stall everything now. Guess I’ve to fall back on quick fixes with western nasal sprays. S’times I flex based on situation & needs.

mp, it has dried sugar cane (main ingredient), dried carrot looks like, dried snow peach if I googled correctly and some other tiny bits.

I got it as a set of prepacked item from the chi medical hall but not sure specifically what it's good for..only know it is also some kind of liang teh ..can ask the guys there for more info.. a reminder to myself, got to boil luohanguo.
