Hi, does mental math like CMA hinder kids when they enter primary school? Are there any parents here who can share their experiences?

I am also wondering if it is worthwhile for my DD to continue with CMA once she starts P1 next year. She is currently doing grade 7. Any experienced parents can share their view on this?
