      Anyone remember what is the ans for qn 14 for MCQ? number pattern qn

      MCQ question 14 is column D.

      My daughter said in her school, among the maths experts, there are 2 camps for this qn. The bigger majority thinks it is D, while smaller minority thinks it's C. She said those who chose C argued that the number 0 has to be considered as a number. I'm not sure how the qn goes.

        Its 0 so 493 minus 0 still equals to 493,which is not divisible by 4

              whatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt i put false false true
              bc i assume it is 90 degree and see if it works
              i think other answers does not work(or does it?)

              No they said the figure is not drawn to scale so true cannot

              It is a trapezium so assuming right angle, you will realise that after figuring out all angles in a trapezium, it will satisfy the conditions(e.g. 180 degrees in a triangle, angles between parallel lines)

                15%->6 egg tarts

                100%->40 egg tarts
                40+6= 46 egg tarts (ans a)

                $61.20 / 40 = $1.53 (ans b)

                Check: ✅
                If 1 egg tart is $1.53
                40 egg tarts should get $61.20
                If Jamie got 15% discount,
                $61.20 x 15% = $9.18
                This extra $9.18 was used to buy 6 more egg tarts. So if I take this extra money divide by the cost of 1 egg tarts, I should get 6 egg tarts:
                $9.18 / $1.53 = 6 egg tarts ✅
