Just heard about the picture compo's content.

Main theme: [缺乏] 责任感 (parents went out. sister was using computer and did not realize brother went out with her scooter)

dylanmummy2003, for picture composition, they don't give any title or state any theme. Analyzing the pictures to identify the them (审题) is part of the process. No worries, as mentioned in the https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=69&t=81235&p=1938525&hilit=level#p1938525, the impact is more on whether student can attain level 1 grading for content rather than being \"penalized\".

Somewhere in the compo, you need to justify why your decision turn out to be a right one
- e.g. recalling you were taught about 路不拾遗/城市的可贵 etc. or stating the consequences if that decision was not made/if the opposite decision was made.
