Phase 2B stats:
2006: Ballot for those staying out of 2km
2007: Ballot for those staying out of 2km
2008: No balloting (56 applicants for 58 places)
So if u are 2B within 2km, chances seem quite good (no guarantee though). Which year is ur child borned? -
hehe I am abit kiasu. He’s born in 2007. But I know for some schools this is the year that I have to apply for PV. Do you know when I should apply for Rosyth? TIA!

Ur ds only 2 yrs old? LOL... not so sure abt Rosyth, probably it be best if u call up the school to ask. -
yup only 2  but when I heard that for Nanyang primary, application closed at 2yrs old, I thought I better enquire in case I missed the deadline. Also we might be away for 1 year around 2010 so need to do some planning.

Hi Everyone,
Anyone has the Phase 2C balloting history for Rosyth the past few years? Understand that balloting required for <1km for past 3 years but I saw from another forum and it appears that the school takes in all applicants <1km in phase 2C. So, not sure which is correct.
In addition, does anyone knows the "success" rate for Parent Volunteer applicants for Rosyth? Called the school and the administration manager would only comment that no. of applicants is more than than the no. of vacancies.
Thanks very much for any information in advance.
Best Regards,
