Haha, why I start to feel sad..

Bec time flies faster when we are older.
Even dd said so. She said she felt it was real Long for 6 years in pri sch. The 6 years in RV wasn't that long. Now in U, time really flies.

Oooo... I really hate primary school days. Need to fetch up and down, P5/P6 still need to attend supplementary classes. I hate psle.

Though sec school hours are long, I think my children enjoy themselves more. A-levels not my responsibility anymore.

Talking about U, DH told me his colleague’s undergraduate daughter went to apply BTO without telling him. When confronted, her response was “it would still take 4 more years. So why worry?”
I already hate the psle ! What mah, makes us parents no choice go put label on our own kid. Trying very hard to push all these comparisons away..before, during and after..but once in a while will still succumb to it :stupid:

If more young couples are already thinking of BTO. I like it. Means the chance of having babies increased. SGP will have hope.

I like the positive perspective LC. If this reason, I support our young ones. Giving more hope for our future SG.

My young man concerned about child care liao :faint:
He is fortunate i am a sahm. I need to remind him to respect his future wife decision to work (i also reminded him the pitfalls of being a sahparent as he is open to be a sahd) and have confidence in the public/private child care. Then he asked me if i be available to take care his kids next time 😓. I said ask your wife parents first, because usually wife preference is their own parents. Then he said want his kids to be closer to us
He has a very gd relationship with his paternal grandparents.
