I also heard RI DSA 50% are GEPers. Overall 2/3 of GEPers got into RI after PSLE posting.

should a student disclose in the interview (if asked), that he has been shortlisted by a competitor school in the DSA exercise ?

I wld think yes. At the RI interview last year, DS was asked wny he wanted to go hci and why he ranked nush his 3rd choice. He had mentioned RI as first choice, but they also wanted the reasons of his ranking. So, yep, prepare your kids so they wouldn't be caught lying. It's better to be honest.

it is the numbers set by the school for the time being, although being an independent IP school, it can choose to take 100% via DSA if it wishes

              Hi,

My girl is using GEP for the DSA. Her dream school is RGS.
If she gets an offer from NUSH instead of RGS,
can she accepts NUSH offer first, later then use PSLE score to enter RGS?
Anyone can give me an advise.

I don’t think so. If u accept, then u cannot take part in the psle posting selection. Unless, if I am not wrong, u may write in rgs to request for transfer…But not sure of the possibility …

Any cases of student with a list of olympiad or NSW but missed SA1 80% getting into DSA?

If she apply for NUSH and gets in, she would not be participating in the central PSLE intake. Instead, if she wants to apply for RGS after that, she would have to go for the supplementary intake (a.k.a appeal) by raffles. However, very little people qualify for it.

                      Depends on which school too.

You mean still have hope and some school still take into consideration and not reject straight.
