For your information, I have alerted to Police and try to get CAD to look into this. I am going to report this to CASE. I also will be asking the Advertising association on this unethical advertising practices. This will not sit well in US advertising association.

If the "agency" has not broken any law, there isn’t much the authorities could do.

Where got so easy to get a casting contract from Disney?! My friends’ kids have to go through many many months of training and coaching before signing the contract. They will try you using some commercial first. -
Yes, I agree. It is a always a fine line of breaking the criminal code and commercial deception tactics that may give rise to breach of trust. As far as the police, they will take note of such activities. CAD will only proceed to investigate if there are reports of cheating using deceptive tactics. There is always fine line where you could cross over to the other side. As parents, we must be able to discern on whether our children may be taken in by such unethical practices and prevent them from making a wrong choice.

Dear Parents, have your heard of Vocal Star? I just brought my girls for the audition at Shangri-La Hotel. So probably similar to Premiere, they gave us a brochure on the type of packages we will like to take up if our kids are selected.. and call it the parent’s homework. 🤔
One of my girls is selected, and she’s pretty upset cos my husband and me feel that the packages are over-priced and we feel that they are just exploiting the kids since they have talent and love to sing. Anyone experience the same? If they selected 3-4 kids each round, and there are like 5 rounds, that’s about 20 kids in total in one session. And if each parent will have to pay min $5,000. That’s $100,000 already.. 🤔 -
My daughter was choosen for vocal Star yesterday. They gave me the package to choose USD1500 TO USD9900. Is this fake. ?
