For the longest time I’ve had issues with anxiety when public speaking. It’s weird because I’m very confident but speaking in front of large groups (10+) is crippling for me. My body goes into fight or flight and I can barely get the words out. It’s been so bad that I have walked out of meetings before because my heart was beating so fast that the panic was too much.https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/

I have a corporate job where I have to speak in front of big groups of executives and team members regularly. Being able to confidently do this is important to my career and more importantly my mental wellbeing.

What do people recommend so I can get more comfortable. Toastmasters? Online course?
