Yes, with the valid vehicle decal, which can be applied via Stamford 2-15 jan.

Can't see the decal application when in Stamford. Can someone advise where to look out in Stamford? TIA!

For the school uniform that there will be bringing for the JRIC - it is stated it must be on a hanger.
Do the students put the uniform on a hanger and put the entire thing in the duffel bag or do handcarry the hanger (with the uniform hanging on it). That way it will not get crumpled.

Each student will later hang their respective hangers (previously was hung in classrooms along window grills).
