Where can I get foundation assessment book for P6
I'm afraid there aren't assessments books for Foundation Chinese in the market (similar situation with Chinese B for Sec sch).

To practice for Paper 1 阅读,you can make use of past year school CL papers Paper 2 Booklet B 阅读理解二A组 section. Only attempt the first 3 mcq questions in the section. Start off with 2017 to 2019 Pri 5 papers first, before moving on to Pri 6.

Paper 2 口试 actually constitutes 55% of the weightage so it's important to spend time working on verbal communication. In https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=93860#p1930931, 90% of the lessons were targeted at 口试 training. Focus on expanding range of vocab (nouns, verbs followed by adjectives) based on objects in our daily lives and common places we visit. Work on communicating thoughts in full yet simple sentences.

        加油! 😉

              Hi ChenLaoShi,

Some students started HCL only from P5 unlike some who started since P1. Therefore for PSLE HCL paper, will students be tested on 词语 taught before P5 HCL under some of the components in Paper 2? Appreciate if you could clarify my doubt, TIA☺️🙏🏻

                Hi Berlykiasu,

For HCL paper 2, the component that's relevant to syllabus text is the 1st section 语文应用 (part A Cloze passage, part B Editing). Understanding (and knowing how to write) words & phrases learnt from Pri 5 and 6 HCL syllabus is sufficient in handling these 10 questions.

I am a Chinese teacher. I have recently developed a free Chinese word card IOS app for primary school students. P6 students can also use this app for a quick vocabulary revision.

I hope that this app will help students. If you have any feedback, please feel free to contact me

                      Hello parents!

I'm interested in making a website about Chinese (model?) compositions. However, that's still in the works.

May I request for some of you to send me some composition pictures or topics that your child received (and didn't score so well in)? I'll reply back with my own composition, along with some good phrases your child could use. [FREE, of course!]

                      My email is [email protected]
(Hope to receive many emails from you!)

                        Hi parents,

As stated in my previous post, I'm looking to start a website or blog on Chinese compos because the section is a killer for some. Attached in this post is a compo that I wrote today for a stimulus that's also captured in the photo. Highlighted are some descriptive phrases (好词佳句). If you like it, do send me some compos/stimulus that your child struggled/could have done better in via email. I'll send back my own compositions with highlighted 好词佳句 (with explanations so as to prevent wrong usage). Hoping to expand on this website idea.
