lc, how do you know you have extra?

I have ordered a number of pcs but haven't received..dont think we will wear everyday everywhere also, use it more when we have weaker immune system I guess..planning to give away some.. Also ordered quite many tubes of vit c to share tho that doc says it won't help..Hope this clears fast and all back to normal soon.

Hope the supply will continue from other countries..

My MIL recently bought a lot like 10 boxes and she stocked up and gave some to me and SIL.

MIL doesn't have to do that, as we always have surgical mask at home. Whenever any of us have flu or cough, we always wear surgical face mask.

So yes, I have extra 2 new boxes. I hope to sell to you but I can't leave home.... I better quarantine myself first since my DS2 case, better to be safe then to be sorry.

ah ic, read about your case there..hope everything is ok with your ds side. I guess we will likely have extra after this..from the status looks like should get 2 boxes tomorrow.. maybe for future use, wear it if not feeling too well..our school have travel declaration before cny holiday..hopefully the boy came back from the lesser affected city..

I just checked the collection date and time for my MIL’s block. It is tomorrow at 11am-1pm or 7-9pm. At these short restricted times only. Thankfully she said she can rush there after church to collect the package herself. I am unable to buy any for her as totally out of stock. Have to rely on the free ones from govt.

zac's mum, if you 'dare' can buy from online like Qxxxx . they have stocks from korea, japan and india.

me praying nothing happen. To be honest, I am damn scare to be quarantine. Had it during the SARS period, damn troublesome for me, the rest of the family members were celebrating. :lightrod:

It is not a life and death situation, but just simply troublesome. Constantly eating home delivery food, eat until I want to puke.

SARS time, you were working is it? scary isn't it.. if one quarantine means whole family needs to quarantine or the one need quarantine to be inside a room?

yeah I was working then during SARS time. At times, didn't go back home.

Firstly, contact tracing will be carried out to identify close contacts of the confirmed cases. Close contacts are generally people who are close proximity and/or spend a prolonged period of time, about 30 minutes or more, with the confirmed case.

Close monitoring will take place on all close contacts. Hence as a precautionary measure, these folks will be quarantined from their last exposure to the patient. In addition, all other identified contacts who have a low risk of being infected will be under active surveillance, and will be contacted daily to monitor their health status.

If one is quarantine, to err on the safe side, the whole family to be quarantine.

Like what happened now, we are being closely monitored by MOH officer.

If buy face masks online, pls ensure it’s those blue ones & ensure specs says triple layers protection. Don’t buy those thin white ones. Take care.

I’m feeling more sanguine abt nCoV. No community transfers, so shld continue to keep vigilant w/o stopping our world fr continuing its path. I’m thinking our poor kids, esp those very young ones will be bored to tears fr being confined to home. Did anyone see video clips how PRC gets quarantined by govt yet set up own fishing setup in a pail, kids playing badminton in living room, etc?

FIL admitted due to bacteria infection spread fr caterer. Hospital allow only one family member to follow & process admission. Hospital visit permits only one. We’re advising MIL not to go hospital as she’s elderly & more susceptible. Stress can reduce our immunity too. Visits will be amongst DH & siblings. Grandchildren told to focus in their studies & CCAs.
