Oh speaking of West Coast Plaza the food court HK roast meats stall's roast duck is also nice! But my all time fav is Dian Xiao Er tangkwei duck

Clementi Mall basement has Lor Duck...can pass. The roast duck opposite I don't fancy.

ah Chinese sausage I like too haha, made in Spore no scared I hope haha ..dd was using the tierney's sausage that I bought for making sausage buns. Both dds say nice wor..I tried a little quite nice coz sausage on its own quite salty..

卤鸭 I like too, the other day ate the mian with 卤鸭 at one hawker ctr, drank the soup thought haoliao coz got strong danggui smell..ended up need buy big bottle of 100plus to quench thirst. That one I think too much ajinomoto.

went to a finest in town, ok not that bad tho no more rice/veg/bread and only little canned food left…I bought toufoo/tierney’s sausages/milk/oats plus yee sang buy one get one free. most of fruits are still there, got meat etc, think no worry.

Eggs are hot item easy for cooking. There were many eggs in smaller packs of 10s on shelves but we usually get those 30 in a pkt but last 4 trays with one tray several cracked. DH said he saw almost all wiped clean except Song He coz its costlier.

I also buy tray of 30s eggs nowadays. 10 eggs can finish very fast. If I go wet mkt, I will try get some kampong eggs for half boiled (better not for now) or hard boiled. usually eat fried eggs. I just had a fried egg added with water and DOM. Meat is more for boiling soups as dds dont like eat meat so eggs a staple food at home.
