Been saying since... I don’t know. Alas, not as fanciful as the virus formerly known as the Wuhan virus so no one is paranoid by it

Other insurers are also covering. Should have received the SMS.

It seems most if not all insurers are providing this coverage on covid-19. Which insurer doesn't?

                  Hi...

Our teacher discussed Mr CCS's speech in class; we had also talked about it at home. For one, my child can understand the need to code-switch (we've an old towkay-sort of relative...). Plus, we see what Mr CCS does for his constituency (our living environment), & he has our support.

Your kids are above 16 years old? Yes, it is a good material for class discussion for older kids. Like I said before, one can learn quite a bit from the \"sharing\". How pricing are not fixed, depend on demand...etc... How consumer can be controlled by the supply (and \"inflated' demand)....

A Sg moved to Oz actually asked if the clip is a staged leak as it has positioned the speaker better now....haha.... there are ppl who know how to discern info from camouflage.... nothing condescending at all, for all we know, the super scholar was trained under his mentor to speak the language of this audience. The audience laughed and listened.... that was the purpose of the meeting to the rest of us.

My kids are only 10yo, I find our language environment already has too much Singlish, so the clip can wait. I will keep it and share w them when they are older. It is a personal choice. As I have said it earlier, from the clip , we see how G is acting just like parents, making decisions for the whole family. When we speak consultatively, kids dont listen. parents cannot tell children, we have a lot of money, dont worry, we can buy more later. We dont want our kids to tell the whole world about such info. So we try to tell them, dont worry, just keep up with good personal hygiene. But children dont listen, keep second guessing, why can't we be given more masks... etc etc.... 😄

At times, drastic situation calls for drastic measures.

It's novel and it's impact is not known. At the beginning, the sensational statistics was also highly reported. The anxiety is understandable.

If contact tracing for flu is carried out in the same manner and the statistics reported daily, it may also cause similar alarm.

But over time, people are beginning to rationalise that ideally, they will not want to be infected (same as any disease), but it can happen and in the unfortunate event it happens, they are likely to heal (based on own assessment of own health risk profile). Think people are less worried about catching it now.

Have seen people walk away from available stock of over-priced masks and sanitizers.

Last night I happened to watch an interview between Lianhe Wanbao and SG 1st confirmed Covid-19 patient who was recently discharged from NCID.

Just bemused why both parties need to wear mask. 😂
