Yes. Take the chance to make full use of it before her birthday, otherwise on her birthday date it’ll be forfeited.
Hi, wonder how the extended childcare leave works. We able to take if child is in secondary 1, 13 years old before birthday? Let's say DD turns 13 only in mid year, are we still entitled to take before she turns 13?

Wasn’t sure if this is made blanket even for private companies and applies for all types of employment. Hence better to check w own HR.
So is this the same and applicable for part timer and contract staff.
Cannot afford time to read the employment act.
