Maybe there is such course, but didn't heard of anyone taking it.

LKC MMI consist of an interview + 8 mini stations, last known.
Interview part mainly picking some points in the 500 words essay to talk about...can self practice at home.
Just be calm, listen and understand clearly before answering, maintain eye contact, speak confidently...even if question is not related to essay.
Mini stations more like role play with some guide lines, situation is difference.
No right or wrong, act out those roles, show empathy and be compassionate, qualities needed as a future doc. -
