Any reviews about the ukulele class offered by cristofori? What about its classical guitar classes. Am quite keen to start my kid on ukulele but the available time slots are not suitable, thinking of the classical guitar but afraid it’s to tough for a 6 yr old and might kill his interest in the instrument.thanks!

Thanks raysusan! actually enquired before but Yamaha is way too ex hence looking for others. Had checked with Edvox and the one in heartland mall but can't make it to their scheduled time slot..

Cristofori used to have some good guitar teachers, not sure about now. Anyway, classical guitar is indeed not suitable for 6 yr old. Ukulele on the other hand is ok, my girl learnt it last year when she was 6 too.

indeed.. but if you look at the materials and syllabus they do. it is more interesting.
i agree that classical guitar is not really suitable for 6yo . p3 maybe good if want to start from young.

She learnt it elsewhere. It was a ukulele course that she attended last year, more for fun only, and she loved it because they taught a few songs from Frozen. 😂

I learnt classical guitar from Cristofori though, but that was many many years ago... However I did switched to a private teacher when I went for the more advanced grades.
