Have anyone thought of using parental control app on your child's phone ?

      If yes, why?

      If no, why ?
Yes to avoid my child from accessing explicit content and so I can manage his screen time as well. It's very hard to control him with his screen time without any supervision.

Upbringing of a child is an important part. How we teach our kids about surroundings, teaching them how to handle a situation is important. Kids don’t know what is right or wrong it’s us (parents) who tells them the difference. Now a days bullying in schools is common. As parents we should talk to our kids , teach and aware them about bullying and if any of our kid is a problematic one, we should take him/her for counseling. Either way i believe schools aren’t safe anymore be it bullying or any other reason. Choosing Online school over traditional schools is something safe and best these days.

Hi, I completely agree that parents should constantly talk about this with their children, and as often as possible. This is a terrible but very important topic that everyone should talk about. I am constantly talking with my daughter about this.

While any type of bullying can be hurtful, cyberbullying can hurt someone just as much as physical or verbal bullying because:

It’s public – lots of people can see it
              It spreads quickly
It can be hard to escape
              The bully can be anonymous
Removing it can be a difficult process

Always check your kids from time to time now that they are at home. Social media is one of the platforms with a lot of cases of cyberbullying.

do you mind sharing with us how old your child is when you start using parental control software ?

My son is 12. I am really worried about his device usage but I also do not want to be seen as an overbearing mother who restricts his freedom to learn online. I know that parental control software helps to block and filter content. But I'm wondering if that is enough ?

I have been thinking a lot about using such software. But I fear that the trust between my child and I will be eroded...

Would anyone even want to risk the erosion of trust just for the sake of ensuring their \"safety\" online ?

or are we just feeding our own anxiety at the expense of our child's privacy ?

Do you think communication alone is enough to check on their online wellbeing ?

Or have you ever thought of checking their internet activity ? In your case, do you check their social media activity ?

OMG ! I FINALLY FOUND IT ! AN app that does meets my need as a parent who respect my kid’s privacy : )

I found a really interesting app that might be able to keep my child safe. Looking at the app, it does not infringe on my child’s privacy while offering parents a quick overview of the online well-being of the child.

Really interesting app. I think many parents will love it.

If you find out that your child is being intimidated, you urgently need to contact the police or a lawyer for legal advice, and then after assessing the situation by a lawyer, go to court. I recently found myself in such a situation and immediately turned for help to a lawyer https://www.federallawyers.com who understands the work of their judicial procedures, and also, of course, helps you to be guided by your own situation. My lawyer constantly answered my calls and I was always up to date with my case. My case was examined quickly and professionally with a positive result in my direction.
That looks serious, no parents would want to go through this but I think if there's really a need for some legal advice this is very helpful information. Hope everything is fine now.
