2). Next, saliva “fly here fly there”. I am thinking this coming Hari Raya Pusa poses another risk! The people may still go visiting (we never know!!!!) See the yummy beef/chicken rendang prep by relatives, sure go take off their masks and try a bit...

When is Hari Raya ? 24 May

Today is 1 May (labor day)
This month, May, still under \"Circuit breaker\" lock-down
Malay cannot go house-visiting relatives. They can cook beef / chicken rendang, but only eat (consume) delicious food by themselves at home, within the same family household. Cannot even invite neighbour from next door, to come into your house to celebrate, because \"social distancing\"

think probably govt earlier forsee this 24 May Hari Raya.
Hence, continue to lock-down this month May, to reduce spread covid

      ================================

Those restaurants within shopping centre complex, still got business

But those restaurants located inside hotel, those that hold buffet or yum cha dim sum, poor business
Hotel fall under tourism category, will be one of those last (later) economic sectors, to open up

In theory, yes lah, not supposed to visit elders during CB. But who is there to enforce it on 24th May? I hope authorities can look into this. It only takes 3 days to start showing symptoms, so if not careful, before 1st June, the number of local community cases will rise from single digit back to double digit again.

Did PM mention we can dine in at Foodcourts and restaurants after 1st June? It is mandatory to wear mask at all times when out but Imagine at a Foodcourt, everyone is unmasked, eating and mingling again.

I hate those ppl who walk so fast to pass everyone at supermarket. This is not social distancing. Everyone need to slow down!
Sorry, I'm one of those. I know exactly what I want, so I just pick them up, pay and leave to minimise time in the supermarket. Should also help keep the crowds down.

Can’t find short pasta , wanted to mass cook n fridge them so kids can do own pasta lunch , stir in olive oil, herbs , chicken meat, eggs or sausages . I find difficult to get condensed soup, but today I found in CS too, except short pasta 😞
I m on aglio nowadays so no need pasta sauces le. Left one bottle in fridge to cook sparingly .
Lots of these at SS (Commonwealth) yesterday.

What I am looking for is baking powder! It was sold out at my local SS and Fairprice for the past week or so. I have half a container left, so I can wait a while. Hope they get new stock on the shelves soon.

I also walk fast to minimise contact. It is just not safe to linger around

I hope more media coverage to remind people dun Secretly go visiting during the Hari holidays . We can’t afford to have incre back in cases , fr Hari raya ph to 1 June is only one week, sch suppose to start , if cases come back again , how to go sch

Actually cutting down population in sch , maybe can explore grad students go 3 days, lower level go Two days per week . Up n lower level wil not meet .Rest Of days is stay home do hbl .
Cca should not start yet to prevent grp interactions … pe should spread out just do toning n stretching , no more physical contact PE games eg basketball , whatever games with contacts
Again , I am concern for kids who need to brave through crowded public transport n need to wear mask for more than 8 hrs in sch in hot humid weather …mayb
sch should start at off peak hr n dismiss at off peak hours too . In this way , crowds on transport are spread out , ?
After 1 June , still unsure can eat in food court or food places OR can do crowd control to number of people for sit down eating , once hit the “Limited number “, Cust must take away ?
And continue to crowd control in popular wet market n supermarket even after 1 June
Continue to wear mask in public transport , malls, crowded areas etc
Social distance in public areas should continue

                    MP,
Yday saw short pasta at VivoCity NTUC. But noticed it’s in bigger packs now. My family only likes AngelHair but it’s totally out at CS, SS, PhoonHuat & NTUC.

                    slmkhoo,
Will the PhoonHuat @ Bouna Vista be within yr range for Baking powder? I got mine fr Clementi just 2 weeks back.

There are still many ppl moving about in the community...
This is what I notice too. From my living room window, I can still see (at all hours, weekdays & weekends) people waiting at the bus stop & cars non-stop on the roads.

The people walking about/at bus stop are all dressed in casual clothing, don’t look like essential workers to me.

I think Singaporeans have difficulty differentiating between real necessities & wants.

This is the reason why there are still community cases arising. None of them are afraid of being those 5-15 daily cases? Stay at home!
