we are thinking of enrolling our DD to CHIJ OLQP for P1 in 2021. DD is in Westspring MOE Kindy. We are slightly outside 2km and have no affiliations to CHIJ OLQP.

We can register DD for Westspring at Phase 2B but would prefer CHIJ OLQP. Just like to find out the chances of getting into CHIJ OLQP without balloting? Is there anyone we could talk to?
Also, is there a possibility if registering for Westspring at Phase 2B and then registering for CHIJ OLQP at 2C if there is no balloting? Anyone can advise the process of doing so?

There’s no balloting recently so high chance can get in OLQP.
You can register 2B 1st, then on last day 2C morning if OLQP high chance, then go back to Westspring and withdraw and head to OLQP to register.
