i read through the forum not much result of it. my girl is primary 3 and looking for a placement in primary 4 next yr…hopefully can get some insight for successful cases

That is the same question in my mind. I hope that someone or an expert from this forum could answer and provided a comprehensive analysis with such figures.

My guess is that you can't just add up the percentages because the base (number of vacancies for that particular phase) is different. E.g. 50/100 (phase 1) = 50% TUR for phase 1.
25/50 (phase 2A1) = 50% for 2A1.

TUR for phases 1 and 2 is (50+25)/100 = 75%, instead of 50% + 50% = 100%.

Experts pls correct me if I am wrong.
