We trying to decide if should opt for playgroup or childcare. which is better? any feedback? Staying at Punggol so the choices also a bit limited.

If you don't mind travelling a little, opposite compasspoint, try http://www.littlelearners.com.sg/. They just added a third session in the afternoon so there might still be vacancy for walk in now. My boy has been studying there since jan this year, am happy with them. But I'm having headache trying to find him another playgroup for next year that conduct lessons in dual language. Anyone has any suggestion?

joanne- there is cherie hearts (sports complex), kinderland (lorong buang kok) and carpe diem...
