But for those already expecting to ballot they may be increasing the odds in their distance categories because they have gone all in like the others like them without having the choice to withdraw based on more information, and not really using their application well

Hi Parents, for those who balloted at Phase2B and were unsuccessful, did your notification state "balloting unsuccessful" or just "unsuccessful". I’m just wondering how would we would know for sure that we were actually part of the ballot. Everything is so secretive. I now how real doubts because of a series of recent events leading me to suspect the wrong address might have been relied on.

Based on previous years’ parents reports, the SMS does not indicate the word balloting, even if balloting occurred.

Did you not receive any confirmation/receipt after your online submission, which indicates the address?

You go for Naval Base at Phase 2C, you will confirm get it. You go for Naval Base at Phase 2Cs, you will most likely be safe if you are < 2km. So what’s the difference?
