      Hi BigDevil

      Thanks for your reply.

RVPS is less than 2km fm my home
RMPS is more than 2km fm my home but I PVed there

I am afraid I will be ballot out thats y I consider RVPS a safer choice. Shame on me, I dont really know how to look at those charts and balloting results. Thanks so much. Now I am more assured that my girl will most probably be accepted in RMPS.

According to wat you said, RVPS seemed to be more popular than RMPS. What do you think?

Actually, BigDevil was referring to two different phases.

RMPS didn't require balloting last year in P2B, whereas RVPS required balloting for P2C last year. If you were to compare apples with apples, i.e. in the same phase, RMPS required balloting for those staying less than 1 km in P2C.

You may also like to take into consideration the logistical issue.

I did a PV in RMPS too. Still waiting for the letter too. Before I started the PV, the VP informed me that there will be balloting this year for in phase 2B. So keeping my fingers crossed

I hav doubts because I am afraid I might be ballot out of RMPS despite I am a PV there. I dont know if I required to get any letter of proof that I did PV at RMPS, but I dint get any letter. I did my PV and now just waiting. RMPS is more than 2km away from my home.

You will only get your letter after you have clocked 40 hours, and nearer to the registration date.

How did the VP know that there would be balloting in P2B this year? What's more, when you started your PV, which is last year, right? :? :scratchhead:

Did they take in many PVs?

Yes when I went for the interview there were about 60 PVs. It didn’t look like the school rejected any of them. They wanted to give chance to everyone.

I am surprised they actually have so many PVs. I usually see teachers performing duties which could have been done by PVs.

I was told the extrodinary number of PV applications was only for this year. Last year was not that many. Looks like the school is getting popular year after year. (Or the area has many young couples moving in)

there have been so many new flats in that area

very central location and convenient to all amenities

thought of getting a place there but the resale price is really sky high
